I will be setting up your agent portal for Open to Close, our transaction management software. You will be able to track and manage all your transactions in the system. Also, the intake sheets are inside the system. You should receive an email from me with instructions and an email from Open to Close.

Step 1:

 

You will receive an email from OTC stating that your account has been created with your login credentials.

Step 2:

 

 Log in to your agent portal and to verify your account, enter your cell phone number to get your account confirmation code and hit Send Code.

Step 3:

 

Enter the validation code we have sent you to your cell phone number and click Validate.

Step 4:

 

Choose your Time Zone and your Currency Type (currently USA Only). Click Finish.

Top Toolbar

  • Notification - it provides an alert to the Agent Portal User.

 

  • Profile - by default, the agent can add the following to their profile: full name, phone numbers, website, personal address, business name, and business address. Each user can change their email address, username, and password at any time. The agent can also click this button to check the recent change activity log or can log out from the system.

Left Sidebar

  • Properties - you can create your own property table/ segment and this is going to show all your transactions approved by your TC or whoever manages the transaction. The property table can be filtered by Date, Contract Client Type, and Contract Status.

 

 

  • Intake Forms - it’s an important part of the overall transaction, and the intake form is fully integrated directly into OTC so that you never have to use another external form system.

 

  • API Keys - it allows other apps access to your account without a password. The agent can add a new credential to their API keys tab.

 

  • Billing - you can add your Credit or Debit card account information if your TC is billing you straight to the Stripe or QuickBooks payment platform.
